I’m feeling more festive now that the Christmas season is offically here. No, not the overcommercialized version – I’m talking the real part….the part that doesn’t come until AFTER Thanksgiving. The tree is up, the decorations are making their appearances slowly both within and without the house, so everything is getting properly done up. I guess the decorations really bring out the flavor of the season. One of my colleagues even did up a VERY nice picture on our dry-erase board, which is an artistic challenge due to the nature of dry-erase markers. I give him mad props on that one.
Oh, and we got SNOW here that’s sticking around! Well, we’re supposed to get up into the 50s again this week, so that might not last, but I’m hoping it comes back and we have a real wintery season up here. Heck, it’s Montana! It’s SUPPOSED to have tons of snow – right?
and what song do they sing? Slip-slidin’ away, of course!
