My clarinet should be here in a couple of days. Yes, I’m very excited about this, as it’s the first instrument I’ll be seriously trying to learn since…..oh, high school band, and vanity prevents me telling which decade that was in. 😉
Who knows….I might actually get good at it!
I think one of the best sensations in the world is the big O. Oh yeah, you know what I’m talking about. Whether it be by hand, by lips, or other bodily entry points, the buildup and release definitely never gets old. It’s even better when it’s out of your control, and no matter how much you want to hold back, the effort is relentless until you just explode in those few seconds of pure bliss.
Of course, the only downside if that you really don’t want the sensation to end.
It’s soooooo worth it.
Not much new stuff going on recently, but still stylin as usual. I have made some good progress in my favorite areas for those who are curious…..
I have learned how to make my own ringtones for my cell phone. Yes, I think this is a good thing, as the ones you find online to download are usually not as good as those you can make yourself.
I’ve made it routine to always have nicely done-up nails, since I go in every 2-3 weeks to have them filled and painted in. I’ve also collected a nice assortment of colours to do them myself with – and yes, quality is always better than quantity. This week is a nice black with red glitter in it by China Glaze. It scored some admiring oohs and aahs at the nail salon, so I think I picked another winner. I still love OPI even better though.
It’s now routine to wear 3-4″ heela when I go out, and I’ve gotten quite good at wearing my 5″ boots as well. I don’t stumble near as much as I used to. It’s like I’ve always been told – practice practice practice! I’ve even been accepted wearing conservative 4″ heels at work as well, which is a huge plus for me.
Sometime soon, I plan on learning to play the clarinet, as I think it’s a fabulous instrument with a wide musical range. The will to learn is strong – let’s just hope I can make it to where I can make actual notes, and not just squeaks and honks (crosses fingers).
New game I’ve been playing: Hell’s Kitchen for the PC – you learn to run the dining room and make meals under the watchful gaze of Gordon Ramsay himself. The computer image of him isn’t too bad, and it’s voiced by the man himself, so you best be quick, or you may end up being called an ignorant donkey! Not too bad! It’s coming out for the DS and Wii as well.
Who is that? I keep wondering who on earth those people are in the commercials. This week it’s the Vonage lady and “Flo” from the progressive.com commercials – too coo-coo!
Til next time, Cheers!
Yesterday, when I put together my dailywear for going to work, I had this really nice reddish turtleneck that I put with my dark flares and 4″ boots, and went on my way. A very nice day was had as no one commented on what I did that day, and that my friends, is the best kind of thing to have happen…..just as though nothing was out of the ordinary. I don’t think of my current style as any sort of drag, but just using what I have to my best advantage, and it’s been working very well. The whole point of the change is to dress nicer, but not be boring.
On a side note, I have been going back to my sketching, so more doodling is sure to appear on my website soon – stay tuned!
All I can say is: Will Smith + superhero idea = WIN!
Check out the info on Hancock now. I hadn’t laughed so hard at a trailer in a while, but this one looks GOOD!
